Hibiso is proud to introduce Eric Giang, a Master Bartender whose exceptional talent has helped bring Hibiso’s distinctive flavors to life, captivating guests at every event.
Eric began his professional journey with a Certificate II in Hospitality Operations (Food & Beverage) from Box Hill TAFE Institute (Australia) through the KOTO Vocational Training Center, Hanoi (March 2005 – October 2006), alongside an English Certificate in Hospitality.
He gained hands-on experience as a Trainee at Melia Hotel (July 2006) and later as a Bartender & Waiter at Sofitel Plaza Hotel (October 2006 – July 2007).
Since November 2022, Eric has been serving as Project Service Manager for Aden Group Vietnam’s Oxygen Project, overseeing Oxygen Bars at several key locations, including:
